Ingredients:
- 1 medium ripe frozen banana
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
- ¼ ripe avocado
- 1 cup dairy-free milk (almond, oat, coconut or your favorite)
- Optional: hemp seeds to top
Instructions:
- In a blender add the frozen banana, kale, spirulina, avocado and dairy free milk.
- Blend until all ingredients are combined.
- If too thick, add some more water or your option of dairy-free milk. If too light, thicken with ice
or adding more banana, kale or avocado.
- Serve and enjoy immediately in a glass and top with hemp seeds (optional).
