- 1 Celery stalk
- ½ Apple or pear
- 1 Lemon, freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Spinach
- ½ Cucumber
- 1 cup Green tea infusion, cold
- 1 cup water
- In a blender, combine the celery stalk, apple or pear, freshly squeezed lemon juice, spinach, cucumber, green tea infusion and water.
- Blend until well combined.
- Serve with the pulp and enjoy immediately.
