Immune-booster Green Juice

This green juice combines some of the best immunity booster foods. Ingredients:
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • ½ Apple or pear
  • 1 Lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 1 cup Green tea infusion, cold
  • 1 cup water
Instructions:
  1. In a blender, combine the celery stalk, apple or pear, freshly squeezed lemon juice, spinach, cucumber, green tea infusion and water.
  2. Blend until well combined.
  3. Serve with the pulp and enjoy immediately.
